    WOD Classes or Personal Training: After completing FOUNDATIONS, you can either attend WOD classes or opt for personal coaching. CrossFit training is a means to an end, so access to it should not be complicated. We champion prepaid session or monthly unlimited packages for WOD classes as the best ways to maintain simplicity and flexibility for our athletes. If you believe you need more individualized attention, then personal coaching might be for you.
