CLASSES & FEES / SCHEDULE

WOD Classes or Personal Training: After Foundations, you can either attend WOD classes or opt for personal coaching. CrossFit training is a means to an end, so access to it should not be complicated. We champion prepaid session or monthly unlimited packages for WOD classes as the best ways to maintain simplicity and flexibility for our athletes. If you believe you need more individualized attention, then personal coaching might be for you.

  • Personal WOD Coaching
    • 1 Session per week - $120/Month
    • 2 Sessions per week - $200/Month
    • 3 Sessions per week - $240/Month
    Personal sessions can be scheduled anytime during regular hours of operation.
  • CrossFit WOD Classes
    • Drop-in - $20 per visit (Must be a graduate of a Foundations class or Level 1 Certified)
    • Monthly Unlimited Package- $140 (Good for 30 calendar days)
    • Prepaid Session Packages (Good for 6 months from date of purchase)- We offer the following packages for our regular WOD Classes:
      • 12 sessions - $144
      • 18 sessions - $198
      • 24 sessions - $240
  • Specialty Discounts
    • Military(active / reserve), LEO, 1st Responder - 15% discount
    • Seniors and Students - 10% discount
    • Family - Buy a package and get a 15% discount for each subsequent family member
    *Specialty Discount cannot be applied to Foundations Program, and family member must be immediate family and living in the same household.
